Refund policy

Returns

We have a 10 day return policy starting when your item is delivered. You must contact us to start your return process within this time frame to be eligible for store credit only. No refunds.

To be eligible for store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at magnoliagypsyandme@gmail.com. Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a store credit code via email or phone number provided by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shoes

All shoes are final sale. Shoes cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

Swimwear and Accessories

All swimwear and accessories are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.


Sale items 

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items. All sale items are final sale.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item or for lost returns.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages being returned and do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
